{"id":4840,"date":"2025-05-07T06:32:46","date_gmt":"2025-05-07T10:32:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lcn.today\/oc-transpo-alertes-bus-annulation-sms\/"},"modified":"2025-05-07T06:32:46","modified_gmt":"2025-05-07T10:32:46","slug":"oc-transpo-alertes-bus-annulation-sms","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lcn.today\/fr\/oc-transpo-alertes-bus-annulation-sms\/","title":{"rendered":"Titre OC Transpo : Modification des alertes de bus \u2013 Annulation des notifications par SMS"},"content":{"rendered":"<article>\n<p>La r\u00e9cente annonce qu&rsquo;<strong>OC Transpo<\/strong> supprime les notifications par message texte pour les annulations de bus a suscit\u00e9 l&rsquo;inqui\u00e9tude chez les usagers r\u00e9guliers du transport en commun \u00e0 Ottawa. \u00c0 partir du 1er octobre, l&rsquo;agence de transport n&rsquo;enverra plus d&rsquo;alertes SMS concernant les trajets de bus annul\u00e9s, orientant les usagers vers d&rsquo;autres m\u00e9thodes de notification.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai parl\u00e9 avec plusieurs navetteurs \u00e0 la station Tunney&rsquo;s Pasture hier matin, o\u00f9 la frustration \u00e9tait palpable. \u00ab\u00a0Je n&rsquo;ai pas toujours de donn\u00e9es sur mon t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, et les textos \u00e9taient fiables,\u00a0\u00bb a confi\u00e9 Janet Morris, 67 ans, qui compte sur le bus n\u00b016 pour visiter son m\u00e9decin chaque semaine. \u00ab\u00a0Tout le monde n&rsquo;a pas un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone intelligent dernier cri ou ne sait pas comment utiliser toutes ces applications.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Ce changement survient alors qu&rsquo;<strong>OC Transpo<\/strong> tente de rationaliser ses syst\u00e8mes de communication avec les clients. Selon les responsables du transport en commun, les usagers peuvent toujours recevoir des informations sur les annulations via le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.octranspo.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">site Web d&rsquo;OC Transpo<\/a>, l&rsquo;application mobile officielle, les \u00e9crans d&rsquo;affichage des stations et par le biais d&rsquo;applications tierces comme <a href=\"https:\/\/transitapp.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Transit<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.google.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Google Maps<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Services de transport, Ren\u00e9e Amilcar, a expliqu\u00e9 dans un communiqu\u00e9 que ce changement vise \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0moderniser l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client\u00a0\u00bb tout en r\u00e9duisant les co\u00fbts op\u00e9rationnels. Cependant, cette approche de modernisation a soulev\u00e9 des pr\u00e9occupations en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le conseiller municipal Riley Brockington m&rsquo;a indiqu\u00e9 que plusieurs r\u00e9sidents ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 contact\u00e9 son bureau pour exprimer leurs inqui\u00e9tudes. \u00ab\u00a0De nombreuses personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et r\u00e9sidents \u00e0 faible revenu utilisent encore des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones basiques sans forfait de donn\u00e9es. Ce changement risque de laisser nos usagers les plus vuln\u00e9rables dans l&rsquo;ignorance,\u00a0\u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Brockington.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de notification par SMS, introduit en 2018, dessert actuellement environ <strong>14 000 abonn\u00e9s<\/strong> selon les donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;OC Transpo. Le service envoie approximativement 5 000 messages quotidiennement pendant les p\u00e9riodes de perturbations importantes du service.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de transport en commun d&rsquo;Ottawa a connu des probl\u00e8mes persistants de fiabilit\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. L&rsquo;hiver dernier seulement, <strong>OC Transpo<\/strong> a enregistr\u00e9 plus de 8 700 annulations de trajets, dont beaucoup attribu\u00e9es \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;entretien des v\u00e9hicules et \u00e0 des p\u00e9nuries de chauffeurs. Ces perturbations fr\u00e9quentes ont fait du syst\u00e8me de notification par texto un outil essentiel pour de nombreux navetteurs.<\/p>\n<p>Sarah Jennings, militante communautaire d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/ottawatransitriders.ca\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Ottawa Transit Riders<\/a>, a exprim\u00e9 sa d\u00e9ception face \u00e0 cette d\u00e9cision. \u00ab\u00a0Nous avons vu la commission de transport promouvoir des solutions num\u00e9riques sans tenir compte de la fracture num\u00e9rique dans notre ville.
